Best,

Out of an abundance of caution Groton-Dunstable will be closed today, Monday, January 23rd. We have just received word that power lines are down due to weather conditions near the high school, with the need to re-route some motorists. The conditions on the roads are variable. However the temperature is forecasted to continue to drop and the snow is forecasted to return, heavy at times. Things during dismissal are expected to be the worst and may result in unsafe conditions.

Due to continually deteriorating road conditions, the Groton-Dunstable Regional Schools will be closed today, Friday, January 20th. We apologize for the last-minute notice.

STEM Glow!
6th Grade rocking tiny house prototypes!!!
Thank you Ms. Breault for the share.

Grade 5 Advisory last week was creating hot air balloons with their picture and goals for the second half of the year and then hanging them in the classroom. Nice job grade 5. I hope you reach your goals.

This morning, two GDRMS students hoisted our United States flag

Wishing our Groton Dunstable Regional Middle School community a happy and healthy New Year.

Prior to break students in Ms. Perreault's math class made Fractal trees. What is a Fractal tree you ask? Sierpinski’s Triangle is an example a fractal generated with equilateral triangles. Each student decorate and build tetrahedrons. This is the first iteration. In groups of 4 they connected their tetrahedrons to build the second iteration. As a class they connect the 4 bigger tetrahedrons to make the third iteration.
