Are you interested in the future of our Communities? Join us for the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Forums on Tuesday, February 27th, at 7:00 p.m. at Swallow Union Elementary School, where we will present, review, and answer questions on the proposed budgets for the Town of Groton, the Town of Dunstable, and the Groton Dunstable Regional School District. As both towns face substantial budget deficits in FY25, we especially need your input. These forums allow residents to voice their opinions, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the budgetary plans for the upcoming fiscal year. Your participation is crucial in shaping the future of our Communities.

4th graders wrap up their chain reactions. Projects included a coded, robotic start and various simple machines such as inclined planes and wheels and axels which triggered levers on catapults.

One student records 2 peers as they explain their project.
2 girls code Dash robot to start their reaction.
The girls point as they explain how the dominoes will fall into the catapult lever the ball will knock over the next set of dominoes.
The boys tape a tinker toy rod to the Bee Bot so it can touch the cart on wheels rolling down the ramp towards the next part of the reaction.

Our students love the fresh snowfall! Don't forget that your child needs appropriate winter clothing daily (pants, coat, hat, gloves as well as boots and snow pants for those that want to play IN the snow!)

Good evening, Due to the continued forecast for significant snowfall and deteriorating road conditions, GDRSD will be opening on a two hour delay tomorrow. However, given the lack of clear projections on snow fall and duration of the storm, staff should check for a possible change to cancellation in the morning. Again, at this time we are going with a two hour delay for Monday, January 30th, however if the snowfall totals, storm timing, and road conditions worsen this may change. Stay safe, Laura
