Today we celebrated the retirement of Gary Babin after more than 20 years of dedicated service to GDRSD. As Network Administrator, mentor, colleague, and friend, Gary played a vital role in keeping us connected, secure, and running smoothly. His expertise, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to students and staff have left a lasting impact on our district.
To honor his contributions, the Middle School Server Room has been officially dedicated as "The Babin Network Room." Most people retire with a plaque. Gary retires with his own server room.
