This is a just a reminder that we have our first half-day tomorrow (September 3rd). All students will be dismissed at 12:15. If you are picking up your child, please arrive no earlier than 12:05.

Awesome first day at school at SU. Loved having all the students back in school!
Third graders met in pairs and groups of three to get acquainted with each other, share how to pronounce their names, and discuss their favorite use of technology. They then gathered in a circle to introduce each other before working in small groups assembling straw and connector structures, after which each group shared how and why their creations might be utilized.
SU staff receiving Professional Development in "Responsive Classroom". This will be an elementary focus during this school year.
SU had a wonderful meet and greet with our new Kindergarten students and families on Monday night.
