4th graders wrap up their chain reactions. Projects included a coded, robotic start and various simple machines such as inclined planes and wheels and axels which triggered levers on catapults.

The girls point as they explain how the dominoes will fall into the catapult lever the ball will knock over the next set of dominoes.
The boys tape a tinker toy rod to the Bee Bot so it can touch the cart on wheels rolling down the ramp towards the next part of the reaction.
We had fun participating in the Day of Play along with World Read Aloud Day!
