I am pleased to, once again, offer you a world of resources to share with your children in grades PreK-8 for enjoying mathematics this summer.
Research has shown that the enjoyment of learning and practicing mathematics concepts and skills is most beneficial when built into games, puzzles, and contextual situations such as outdoor learning activities. This means that traditional workbooks are not as beneficial as the experiences listed above. That's why the resources on this website (link below) are shared for your children to enjoy rather than endure :)

In addition, your children will have access to their IXL accounts this summer. This is a great opportunity to work on recommendations from the program, compiled after last week's June benchmark. Please remind your children to log in through Classlink, as their account remains linked to the school district account. Note: Directions on how to do this can be found on the summer website.
