New student registration is now open for the 2024-2025 School Year.  Please note you must first create an account on the GDRSD SchoolBrains Registration page. If you are new to the district THIS (2023-2024) school year and need register, please get in touch with studentregistration@gdrsd.org and include your student’s name, grade, address, and phone number.

3. Returning Students: Please email studentregistration@gdrsd.org and contact the school(s) directly to indicate your child is a returning student. You are required to provide updated forms (including proof of residency).

4. New Students ONLY

   • Complete NEW Online Enrollment:  GDRSD SchoolBrains Registration

   • Registration for PreSchool is currently closed for the 2024-2025 School Year (with a waitlist). Check website for updates.

   • All incoming kindergarten students (current Boutwell students and new students) entering kindergarten for the 2024-2025 School Year must complete the kindergarten Pre-Registration and Preference Form. Current Boutwell students: You only need to complete the Pre-Registration Form. PLEASE, DO NOT, re-register your child.

5. Download supplemental forms. Upload all forms to your Online Registration. If you are a current student (Boutwell), Email completed forms to studentregistration@gdrsd.org. Not all forms may be necessary based on your situation.

   • Consent of Student Records Release 

   • Home Language Survey 

   • Military Family Status Form

   • Preschool/kindergarten Scholarship Application 

   • Free&Reduced Lunch Application

   • Student Medical History Form 

   • Nurse's Emergency Card

   • Review Empowered Digital Use Policy

   • High School Students Only: Military Opt-out Form

   • Proof of custody may be required if the person registering a student is not the person whose name is on the child’s birth certificate.

6. For students enrolling at the Groton-Dunstable Regional High School, you should contact the school to schedule an appointment with a guidance counselor for a consultation and school visit. Guidance counselors are unavailable for most of the summer but will be available the week before school opens for new student registrations.
