Dear Swallow Union Families,
As we close another wonderful school year, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for the partnership, support, and sense of community you bring to our school. Together, we have celebrated achievements, supported one another through challenges, and created meaningful experiences for our students that will leave lasting memories.
Your support of our teachers, staff, and students throughout the year has been invaluable. Whether volunteering at school events, attending concerts and celebrations, helping in classrooms, supporting PTO initiatives, or simply showing up to cheer on your children and their friends, your involvement helps make Swallow Union such a special place. Our school is strong because of the families who invest their time, energy, and care into our community.
This year, our students demonstrated the power of service and giving back. Thanks to the generosity of our families, our recent food drive collected more than 260 pounds of food for PACH, helping support local families during the summer months. We are also incredibly proud of our Student Council and the community service projects they led throughout the year. Their efforts were successful because of your encouragement and participation, and we are grateful for your support.
As I complete my fourth year as Principal of Swallow Union, I find myself reflecting on how fortunate I am to be part of this remarkable school community. It is a privilege to work alongside such dedicated educators, engaged families, and exceptional students. Thank you for your trust, partnership, and commitment to making Swallow Union a place where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
I wish all of our students, families, and staff a summer filled with fun, relaxation, adventure, and special time together. Stay safe, enjoy every moment, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall.
