All Things 4th Grade!
Visit to GDRMS was a success! Thank you to the 5th-grade teachers for hosting and organizing our time with you. The math board games they created were fun, and it was clear that your students had spent a lot of time on them, allowing our students to have some 5th-grade math fun. It's always great to reunite with our former SU students - they have changed and grown so much in the past year and have excelled in their 5th-grade year.
A second thank you to the SU PTO and FloRo PTA for coordinating popsicles for all of the students during their free mingle time on the back field of the middle school. All of us, Mrs. Taylor, FloRo Asst. Principal, Mrs. Salvatore, GDRMS Principal, and Mr. Day, GDRMS Asst. Principal, we were all smiles watching the 4th graders making connections, especially our students who went to FloRo this year. Many reunited with hugs, smiles, and excitement as they think about their middle school year together. Best part of the event!

Karen Debrecini, Dunstable Children's Librarian, Summer Reading Program

Reading every day helps elementary-aged students strengthen their vocabulary, improve comprehension, and build a lifelong love of learning. Just 15–20 minutes a day can make a big difference and keep their skills sharp all summer long!
