Best Buddies is the largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people worldwide with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). At the GDRMS Best Buddies meetings, we play games (indoors and out), create crafts, decorate cookies, go on a Scavenger Hunt, and, most of all, have fun (and a snack- snacks are important.)
Interested in joining us? Meetings take place in the North Cafe from dismissal to 3:30. Please use the attached link to sign up. Our first meeting will be October 8.

GDRMS Counseling Department wants you to know that students can access our school counselors for many reasons. On Thursday 9/25 I sent a separate email regarding the ins and outs of our counseling department, please take a look at our GDRMS Counseling Department Website
Dunstable 8th Graders:
Ms. Ascione met with all Dunstable 8th graders on September 24, 2025, to discuss Greater Lowell Technical High School. Information about the school and the permission slip was given to the students. For those interested, a tour will take place on October 16 during the school day.
The bus will depart the middle school at 8:15 am and return by 11:00 am.
Students should return signed permission slips to their child's Advisory teacher or Ms Ascione as soon as possible. Students attending the tour will be responsible for the classwork that was missed in the morning. Please be aware that Nashoba Valley Technical High School is not accepting any school choice applications this year. Thank you.
Chromebooks, believe it or not we have had a significant amount of breakage already this school year. Our teachers are constantly doing reminders with our students around Chromebook safety and if you could partner with us that would be great. Thank you
