Family Memo

Hello Middle School families.  I hope you have a great weekend.

Middle School World of Difference Students visited Florence Roche classrooms on Wednesday, April 30th as part of Neurodiversity Acceptance Week. The Middle Schoolers led read-alouds and conversations with the younger students centered around Neurodiversity and the importance of celebrating the many differences that make us all human. This meaningful opportunity is intended to foster empathy, understanding, and leadership among our 7th and 8th grade WoD students while also helping to promote awareness, acceptance, and kindness in the early childhood and elementary communities.

This next week is Teacher Appreciation week. I would like to thank all of our teachers and support staff for everything they do for our students.

I would also like to give a big shout out to Rebecca Weksner and the MS PTO for hosting our Teacher Appreciation luncheon this afternoon. It was great. The food, the raffles, and the over all experience was much appreciated.

This past Thursday we welcomed Ms. Theriault back from her maternity leave.  Ms. Freeman did a great job filling in for her maternity leave.
