PRINCIPAL MESSAGE

As the seniors graduate, we will be looking to our 11th graders to become the leaders of the school.  All of the students have already advanced to the next year in our eyes and will be expected to continue the work the graduating seniors have started.  From increasing the pride in Crusader Country, promoting unity and that sense of Belonging, and respecting and improving our school building, together, we will keep working on the little things that make GD a special place.

This week was such an incredible end to the 13 year journey our graduates have taken.  I was fortunate to be able to experience the Senior Walk, the Senior Dinner, 6 Flags, the rehearsals and Class night.  This class has been special and it has taught me much over these past 4 years and to usher them to the next phase will be pretty special. Thank you for all you have given the Grotong-Dunstable.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

We are GD!

CLASS OF 2029 CLOTHING DRIVE FUNDRAISER

Are you holding onto clothing that is taking up space in your closet? If so, the GDRHS Class of 2029 is giving you a chance to make some room in your closet while supporting a great cause.

Starting today, we are holding a Clothing Drive sponsored by the Epilepsy Foundation of New England.  We’ll be collecting clothing/shoes/linens at the Groton-Dunstable High School to raise money for the Class of 2029.  Each pound of clothing collected will provide funds for the Class of 2029 and help support the Epilepsy Foundation in their fight to stop seizures.

Please see the attached list of acceptable items to get you started.  All donated textiles (shoes, clothing, linens) need to be in tied plastic trash bags(13 gallon & up) or boxes that are closed or have tops. (no need to separate the items.)  Items cannot be wet, moldy, or contaminated in any way.

Each full trash bag (13-gallon kitchen trash bag & up) counts as 1 bag. We cannot count any bags as 2 bags because they are larger than others.

Donation bags can be brought in by your student to either room 112 or L24 up until Friday, June 12th during the school day. We will also have a community drop off day, Friday, June 5th, 4:00 to 6:30 pm at the front entrance of the high school.

Every bag counts, please help us reach our goal of 500 bags. We hope you will be able to participate.
