PRINCIPAL MESSAGE

May is the month of celebration and recognition. Tuesday, I was part of a dinner which was put on by our School Committee and the Council on Aging.  It was a wonderful time where students, staff and community members celebrated the support we have for each other and how the good work we do is made possible by many outside of the building. Thank you to these student volunteers who were once again phenomenal and also took the time to eat and chat with our guests.

Thursday, we once again celebrated the top students in the Class of 2026 with a recognition breakfast.  We did make one change this year by adding a few students who are entering Education as a concentration of study in college. This inclusion illustrated the importance of not just doing well in the classroom but also applying that knowledge and work to a field we all hold in the highest esteem.

We will have Class Awards nights and of course graduation which is ultimate recognition for all students.

Congratulations to all who have, and will be, recognized for contributing to our school community.
