PRINCIPAL MESSAGE
With another snow day upon us, hopefully we are all able to catch up on some things before everything gets cleared for the weekend. However, it looks like warm weather is on the horizon but certainly hard to believe right now. Hopefully, we’ll be dealing with draining lots of water instead of moving snow and ice. With Spring Sports starting in a couple of weeks, it might be a while before we get on any outdoor fields.
Last night, the annual Best Buddies Talent show took place in the Black Box Theater. There were many talents on display with the highlight being the longest conga line East of the Mississippi! Thanks to all the students and staff who participated, those who worked behind the scenes to make this wonderful event happen, and of course the many supporters in attendance, including some alumni!
As you can see from what’s below in the newsletter, this year is starting to really fly by for the seniors. Senior Week is planned and we are just under 3 months away from finishing up their HS career and walking across the stage. I have been fortunate enough to organize 9th grade orientation and remember them during their first introduction to our students and staff. Their growth over these years has been a pleasure to watch and experience. Being a parent of a senior myself, it’s getting real and certainly bittersweet to know they will be moving on from us in just a few months. Let’s enjoy the ride together and ensure they make smart decisions down the stretch!
We are GD!!

NOTICE FOR SPRING SPORTS AND CLUBS
It’s almost time to take the field! Spring sports officially kick off soon. To keep the momentum going, please make sure your student is cleared for tryouts. Athletes will be sidelined from tryouts until their registration is complete, physicals are updated, and any outstanding user fee obligations are met. Don't wait until the last minute—check your status today!
A Note on Club Fees: For those participating in our extracurricular clubs, there is a one-time $100 fee used to pay our club advisors. The best part? This is a flat fee—once paid, students can join as many different clubs as they like for the remainder of the year. Please check your email for a status update to see if your payment is up to date.
ATTENTION SENIORS!!!!
