Our first "graduate" of 2026, Katie Dressel! In hearing that Katie and her family would be moving out of the country, we realized that Katie would not be able to walk across the stage with the class of 2026. As a result, Mr. Bourgeois rallied and quickly put together a ceremony that made her departure from GD a memorable one. With family, teachers, staff, friends, and even Katie's dad, virtually from New Zealand, in attendance, Katie experienced a mini graduation which included speeches, a walk across the stage, a "diploma", and of course, a throwing of the cap! We want to wish Katie well on the next phase of this educational journey! Katie will officially graduate in June and receive the official diploma when the Class of 2026 receives theirs.
