PRINCIPAL MESSAGE
Our theater class put on an outstanding “final exam” yesterday. It is clear that these students have been working hard to provide a solid show with lots of humor. Well Done!! Afterwards, I was speaking to a parent of a senior about how quickly the years have been progressing. We reminisced about her son’s eventful freshman year as it were yesterday.
Winding down Semester One feels the same way. Being hired August 1st and sprinting into the year with lots to do, made these months fly by. I can't believe the year’s half over and pretty soon we will be watching another class walk across the stage!
It is a very busy time for the high school as students are trying to complete final projects and exams while preparing for all new teachers and classes next Thursday. The teachers are also equally taxed with this transition. However, our students and staff have worked very hard to meet the challenge to ensure we all begin Semester II refreshed and with a blank slate!!
We are GD!!
