TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS FOR RMV

If you are planning on going to the RMV this summer you will probably need a transcript. The RMV will not accept it if it is over 60 days old.  Mrs. Cain is available during the summer to send these to you. Just email her once you have an appointment, and she will be able to mail it to you.  mcain@gdrsd.org

It is time to submit your paperwork for parking for the 23/24 School Year.  You must bring in all items to be entered into the lottery for parking spaces.

  • Copy of your Valid Driver’s License.

  • Copy of the vehicle registration for the car you will be driving to school.

  • Payment of $100, cash or check made payable to GDRHS Parking.

You can mail these to the high school (GDRHS, 703 Chicopee Row, Groton MA  01450) or drop them off Monday - Thursday from 10:00 - 2:00.  The deadline for the lottery is July 14, 2023. Once those spaces are assigned we will open back up for anyone who missed the deadline. You will receive an email when it is time to pick up your parking sticker.

CLASS OF 2024 SENIOR PORTRAIT INFORMATION

To the families of the Class of 2024:

You need to begin planning now for your senior portrait photo session.

We held an assembly for the junior class during WIN Block on 4/25/23 and gave juniors this senior portrait information sheet, which contains the deadline and the specifications for the portrait you will submit to the yearbook.

Please note, your photographer will take many different photos during your session, one of which should follow the specifications on our yearbook information sheet. That's the one you will submit to the yearbook.

You are, of course, free to choose other prints from your photo session for your family and friends. For the yearbook, we need to have consistency among the 176 photos seniors submit so we can fit your photos into the layout of our photo boxes, so your heads within the box will be the same relative size to those of your classmates when your photos are placed next to each other on a page, and so the position of everyone's heads on a page together will be similar.

The deadline for submitting your senior portrait for the yearbook is October 31, 2023.
