IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Parents/Guardians,
It has been brought to our attention by the Groton Police Department that many of our students are participating in the “Senior Assassins” game. Multiple residents have made complaints that students are running through their yards, hiding in bushes, wearing tactical gear, etc. Please know that this game is not endorsed by Groton-Dunstable Regional High School. However, we are concerned about the safety of our students and wanted to bring this concern to your attention.

Ticket Sales: March 22, 2023 through April 12, 2023 at all lunches
Ticket Cost: $85 per person (Please make checks payable to: GDRHS Class of 2024)
Please watch for a signup genius link to select your dining table choice for the Prom. Please read the instructions so you make sure you appropriately select your seating assignment and the number of seats you need.
Dinner service will begin at 6:30 PM promptly
Attendees must arrive by 6:30 PM and may not leave before 9:30 PM.
All persons invited who do not attend G-D must file a guest registration form. No guests admitted without Principal approval. (Just a reminder that all guest forms are due by Monday May 1, 2023.
We will have 2 Worcester Police Personnel for our event.

GROTON-DUNSTABLE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLUB
The GD Strength and Conditioning club relies on the hard work and dedication of its athletes and participants. They will be taught proper kinetics and how they apply to human health and movement both on and off the field of play. This is taught through a series of exercises ranging from weight lifting (Olympic & Power lifts), to plyometrics, and core focused movements and poses. The result of proper instruction and execution of these exercises will lead to a decrease in the occurrences of potential sports injuries, increases in physical performance (strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and core stability), added confidence not only physically but socially, and an overall healthier body and mind.
