4/29/22

Dear Florence Roche Families,

Returning from April break always signals the home stretch of our school year.  As always, our spring will be full of exciting activities as we wind down this year.  You will notice the construction fencing and operations trailers now on site.  This is certainly exciting for our school community. I’m sure the students will be fascinated when they see the structure of their new school beginning to grow behind us.  I know our staff is excited for this!

The deadline for parent input for next year’s student placement is today.  We will start our placement process with meetings planned for next week.  There are many staff members involved in this process and we review the draft classes multiple times before finalizing them.  Our goal is to create balanced classes that support academic and social growth for all students.

Thank you to our 4th grade families for providing an amazing breakfast spread for our staff on Wednesday morning!  Everyone always enjoys these special treats.

The Fine Arts Festival is Friday, May 13th at the high school.  Come see your student’s artwork and hear them perform.

Literacy Night is just around the corner on May 19th!

Have a nice weekend!

Brian
