GD is partnering with both the Groton and Dunstable police departments on Saturday, April 29 to host our second annual bike rodeo at GDRHS from 9a-1p. There will be a representative from MABikes conducting safety sessions for students preK-4 all day. There students will also have the opportunity to bike through an obstacle! We will be doing helmet fittings and giving away free helmets and bike lights for kids. The police officers will be talking about safety as well as meet and greet with the kids. Last but not least, both PE teachers from the district will be assisting with the entire event. It is sure to be a great day!
The Groton Garden Club is celebrating its 100th Anniversary this year, and asked Boutwell Students and Staff to Participate by creating a banner for their upcoming plant sale! Everyone had a wonderful time creating this work of art!!
The Groton Garden Club is holding its’ annual plant sale on Saturday, May 13th from 9-Noon at the Legion Common.
Announcement: The Groton Dunstable Regional School District has been working with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to monitor and review our English Language Learning Programming. As part of this process, several educators and administrators will be participating in virtual interviews and we have also submitted records to the department for review. If you have any questions about this review process or have something you would like to contribute about our English Language Learning Program, please contact your building principal with your feedback so that it can be shared with Kristin DeFrancisco, the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment.
