The Office of Business and Finance currently staffs 4.5 FTE, the Director of Business and Finance, the Assistant to the Director of Business and Finance, Accountant, Accounts Payable Coordinator and a 0.5 Payroll Specialist. In addition to budget development and maintenance, additional responsibilities include payroll, benefits, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
This year the business office took over fingerprinting for all employees, benefits management, flex spending, unemployment and worker’s compensation. In addition to taking on these new roles, the office continues to manage and oversee both transportation and food services. The Director of Business and Finance also oversees all maintenance and the upkeep of buildings and grounds.
