Policy: Playground Behavior 
Have a good time!
Respect and listen to all adults on duty
Stay within the boundaries
Use language you use in the classroom
Be a friend - don't tease or bully
Keep your hands to yourself - don't push or hit
Play fairly - include others who wish to join you
Use words to solve problems
Enjoy using equipment - don't abuse it
Help younger children or anyone else who needs a hand
Slide - one at a time on the slide
Go down feet first
Seat on the slide
No jumping, diving or pushing
No trains
Throw balls - not sticks, pine cones, sand, rocks or snow
Don't even pick them up
Ask permission if you need to leave the playground
Line up as soon as the bell rings
Consequences for infractions of the rules may include any of the following:
Time out (stand by the wall of the building)
Missing a recess
Going to the principal
A note or phone call to parents
Detention
In-school suspension
