The APT is the Association of Parents and Teachers for Swallow Union. Our primary objective is to raise funds to support educational enrichment. This is accomplished, throughout the year, by the various APT sponsored events. The profit raised from these events defrays and/or pays the costs for such things as field trips, literacy material, enrichment programs, and classroom funding, all of which directly benefit the children and staff at Swallow Union.
Meetings are held on a monthly basis, which will typically be the first Monday of the month in the teachers’ conference room from 7:30-8:30. The dates for the meetings are located in the monthly school newsletter, school website and a reminder is typically sent home a couple of days prior to the meeting. All meetings will be kept to one hour. Please join us to see what’s happening and how you can get involved. Can’t make the meetings, but interested in helping out?
