Amnesty International

Amnesty International's purpose is to defend and promote human rights in foreign countries and in the United States of America.  One area of work is to free prisoners of conscience.  The mission of the club is to make the world a better place and to keep young people informed of current events.  Leadership and responsibility are traits taught.  The group is made up of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Urgent Action Coordinator,  Public Relations Manager and Researcher.  Any student or faculty member is welcome to join.
